Dr. Pradeep Gujjula holds a Ph.D. in Blasting and brings extensive expertise in blast design, mining operations, and large-scale project coordination.
Having contributed to numerous open-cast and tunnel projects across India, he adds strong technical leadership to Vaga’s operational framework.
He plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into technically sound execution by overseeing planning, safety protocols, quality standards, and operational controls.
Head – RMC Operations (Gadag)
Mahipal Gaddi heads the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Operations at Gadag, overseeing the complete operational management of the batching plant, quality control, production planning, and timely delivery of concrete to project sites.
With strong hands-on experience in RMC plant operations, he ensures efficient plant performance, adherence to mix design standards, and strict quality assurance aligned with industry and project specifications.
His focus on operational discipline, safety practices, and process optimization ensures consistent product quality and reliable service delivery to project stakeholders.

Sanjay Nirakari leads the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Operations at Hubballi and brings a strong academic foundation as a Graduate in Civil Engineering with practical expertise in concrete technology and plant management.
He oversees batching plant operations, mix design compliance, quality testing, and coordination of concrete supply for infrastructure and building projects.
With a focus on precision, efficiency, and quality assurance, he ensures that production meets technical specifications and project timelines while maintaining operational excellence.
